8/30/2023 0 Comments Ffxiv queue times 2016So they ask or wait around until we kick them. So many times has my groups needed to kick people for one reason or another (generally, they are asses that refuse to continue because they are an ass) and they refuse to leave because they don't want the penalty. They need to add something to penalize people that are vote kicked too. But if my friend misses it for whatever reason, why should I pay for it? Of course, that can easily be abused so someone else takes the blame, but what's the point in them doing that? I'm fine with the penalties because it is frustrating when people abuse the system. I agree with what you are saying in that that feature shouldn't be in place. I don't generally have the problem, but when I do, I land up using all 3 at once and it is so annoying! lol But I can't say I've noticed a party member missing the queue pop affected everyone else before. Unless they were some really hardcore trolls.īut besides that, i see NO reason why everyone in a party should get a strike when only one person chooses to withdraw or not commence when the duty finder pops. 3 people, queued up for one specific thing, there should be no reason for them to withdraw 6 times from that same duty. I understand some people queue up for some duty, and withdraw until they get duty in progress.īut you can't queue up for duty in progress if you are in a PARTY.Īnd if a party of. And you get the strike because of that person. It's almost like queuing solo for some duty, clicking commence, having the duty finder fail because 1 person failed to click commence, or withdrew. Why should i be punished? I clicked commence. What i'm NOT fine with, is getting ME getting a strike, if someone else chose to withdraw. I am FINE with the 3 strikes rule, i am FINE with the 30 minute penalty. The ONLY thing i have a problem here, is the game giving everyone in a party a strike, if ONE person chose to click withdraw when the duty finder popped. Wow, yet again another post i make, most people miss the point. Why does duty finder still punish the WHOLE party, if one person decides to withdraw when the duty finder pops? Then later joined my friends in a premade party for something, we queued up, and the duty popped, and the leader decided to withdraw because he forgot something.Īnd i got the 30 minute ban because that was my "3rd strike". So i actually forgot that this was a thing, since i haven't had a need to withdraw from duty finder when it pops that often lately.īut today, i had to withdraw twice, because of one reason or another.
